Our core manufacturing factory is in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, China, equipped with Class 100 & Class 1000 ultra-clean workshops for semiconductor quartz processing. Our domestic sales, R&D and sample center is set in Wuxi, Jiangsu, which acts as the headquarters for global customer communication. Besides, we own three overseas service branches: Penang (Malaysia), Houston Texas (USA), Frankfurt (Germany) to provide local after-sales and technical support for regional clients.

We have over 90 full-time staff in total. Around 50 technicians and skilled workers are stationed at the Lianyungang production base, focusing on quartz deep processing, purification and quality inspection. The remaining30+ team members work in Wuxi domestic operation center and three overseas branches, covering international sales, engineering design, overseas logistics and after-sales technical service.

We focus on semiconductor-grade and photovoltaic high-purity fused quartz components, including diffusion furnace quartz tubes, large integrated quartz chambers, quartz boats, quartz flanges, quartz injectors, polished quartz plates, spiral quartz cooling parts and all kinds of custom special-shaped quartz pieces. Our products fit 6/8/12-inch wafer fabrication equipment and TOPCon/HJT solar cell production lines.

For standard-size quartz tubes, quartz boats and regular in-stock accessories, the lead time is 7–12 working days after receiving your deposit and confirmed drawings. For large-size customized quartz chambers, ultra-long seamless quartz tubes or complex special-shaped parts, production takes 18–30 working days, depending on processing difficulty and order quantity. We can arrange rush production for urgent projects upon negotiation.

We offer three mainstream delivery solutions for global clients:
1.Sea freight: Best choice for mass bulk orders, low cost, suitable for regular long-term purchases;
2.Air freight: For small batch samples, urgent spare parts, short delivery demand;
3.International express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): For tiny prototype samples, door-to-door fast delivery. Our three overseas branches can also coordinate local warehousing and last-mile distribution in Southeast Asia, North America and Europe.

Yes, customized service is our core advantage. Our Wuxi engineering team can optimize your original technical drawings within 24 hours. We support size adjustment, special internal structure design, special polishing and welding requirements, and produce exclusive quartz products according to your equipment parameters. We can also print your brand logo on quartz components and outer export packages.

Our flagship semiconductor-grade quartz adopts special purification technology, total metal impurity content is controlled below 8ppb, fully meets SEMI international semiconductor material standards. All finished goods are produced in dust-free cleanrooms to avoid secondary contamination, with ultra-low metal ion precipitation under 1200℃ high temperature, effectively reducing wafer surface defect rate for chip factories. We can provide third-party official purity test reports for every batch of goods.

According to different product requirements, all shipped products must undergo full inspection before shipment: high-precision instrument dimensional tolerance inspection, visual inspection for appearance, bubbles, scratches, and welding defects, pressure simulation testing, etc. Semiconductor-grade products are cleaned and vacuum-packaged in a dust-free environment to avoid contamination during transportation.

We provide global localized after-sales service. For customers in Southeast Asia, we connect them with our Penang branch; for those in North America, we connect them with our Houston branch; and for those in Europe, we connect them with our Frankfurt branch. If there are any quality defects in our production, we will redo it free of charge and bear the round-trip shipping costs. Our technical team provides free remote video communication to address after-sales issues related to quartz component.
